ORDER TIMELINE
Our company handcrafts all products. We ship based upon our current inventory between within 3 to 5 days after your payment clears.
The exception to this is if you have ordered a customization that would require me to create your beautiful item after you have ordered. In this instance you will know because you will have contacted me and I would then give you an estimated time for completion.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products can take 3 weeks to 5 weeks to be created for you. Ceramic clay takes 2 weeks to dry before they can be fired then they must be glazed and then fired again.

*The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
*Your product is dishwasher safe.
*Please take your Prayer Urn outside to burn the prayers out. Neither Jama Young the artist or Art by Jama is responsible if you use your Prayer Urn inside your house and cause a fire or damage to any other thing that you own or injury to your self or anyone else that results in the need for medical attention of any kind or even resulting in death.
*Neither Jama Young the artist or Art by Jama is responsible if you misuse your Prayer Urn indoors or outdoors by burning out your prayers near any flammable materials.
* Never leave it unattended when burning out your prayers.
* DO NOT TOUCH IT after burning out your prayers the Prayer Urn will remain hot for sometime and it will burn you if you pick it up after burning your prayers.
*It is recommended that you allow it to cool for 30 minutes before handling it after burning out your prayers.
*Your product(s) can be damaged if you drop it or leave it outside during freezing weather conditions.
Custom orders
We always love creating new products concept pieces and ornate sculptural Prayer Urns from scratch.

Custom orders will have a lengthier processing time.

We ship all International products through USPS, UPS, FEDEX.
Art By Jama is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Timeline
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 3 weeks to 5 weeks to be handmade if it is a custom request.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts14 days to request a refund or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Personalized and/or Customized good must be paid for in advance just as ready to ship items. Work will not begin until payment has been made.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
*Items purchased made by other artists that are promoted by Art by Jama.
*Customized items purchased made by other artists that are promoted by Art by Jama unless they arrive damaged.
*To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
*There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: If you cancel your order within 3 days of your payment you can be refunded in full with the understanding that it will take 3 days for the money to be returned to you electronically; longer if you request it by mail.
*After 4 days- if you request a refund after 4 days (I have already began creating your custom item) you will only receive half of your payment back. I can’t resell custom work in many cases It only takes me 2 days to complete a custom piece but it takes weeks to dry.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
If your item arrives broken Please take a picture of it and email it to
with a subject line that reads: Arrived Broken with your picture attached.
We can refund or send a new one per your request.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different color, send us an email at

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
