Our company handcrafts all products.  We ship based upon our current inventory between within 3 to 5 days after your payment clears.  If you are in the US you should receive your order with in 2 weeks.  If you are international please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your package.

The exception to this is if you have ordered a customization that would require me to create your beautiful item from scratch after you have ordered.  In this instance you will know because you will have contacted me and I would then give you an estimated time for completion.
